{Sara & Darren}

Sara & Darren's wedding day was so beautiful. One of the smallest in number that we have photographed, but it certainly felt like one of the most intimate and emotional that we've experienced.  Sara's infectious smile and bubbly personality really bursts out of the photographs and the two of them just had huge smiles from start to finish!

The setting of historic Canterbury city centre was idyllic, the Abode Hotel in the centre where the wedding was held is a gorgeous, chic space.  Rather nicely, the ceremony was held in a traditional old room with lovely beams and ornate fireplace, and the meal took place in a very modern glass-walled dining room bringing together the best of both worlds. Hidden right behind the hotel the beautiful walled gardens alongside the Great Stour canal offered the most perfect setting for photographs, overlooked by the grand Canterbury Cathedral.

We really enjoyed photographing Sara & Darren's wedding and felt totally welcomed into the close knit gathering by their family and friends, which is one of the many reasons we think we have the best job in the world!
